Sales department
The members of the sales department are the customers' privileged contacts. They endeavour to define their needs to offer them the best adapted solution.

Research department
The water engineering research department incorporates respectively:
A project department that together with the sales department receives specifications and designs the most optimised technical solutions in the strictest respect of required standards and performances. Environmental integration and architectural appearance are realised by 3D imagery.
- An implementation department mobilised after the contract has been concluded, realises all execution drawings (civil engineering, equipment...) allowing the plant to be built. It establishes a list of equipment that will be passed on to the purchasing department, the warehouse, the transport department...

Civil engineering
The civil engineering department specialised in water engineering defines the characteristics of reinforced concrete works as well as excavation and public road works in line with the different partners.

Purchasing-logistics
In the respect for quality, as well as for lists defined by the research department, the purchasing department seeks suppliers, purchases them, has them approved and draws up an individual contract where their contractual obligations are recorded.

Works department
The works department dedicated to water engineering is in charge of managing civil engineering work and setting up all the equipment in the water-treatment plants. It makes sure that this is carried out by the rule book and in accordance with the schedule.
Once the water-treatment plant has been built, a specialised NANTAISE DES EAUX INGÉNIERIE department starts up the plant and trains operating staff.

Quality department
The quality department ensures the ISO 9001 standard is respected within the company.

Administrative department
This department is responsible for all administrative tasks within the company (answering the phone, administrative management of public and private markets...).

Finance department
Finance department employees look after the invoicing and accounts as well as the financial management of the company.

Human resources department
The human resources department is in charge of administering and developing human resources within the company (career advancement, in-house training
