A new contract won in France : LE GENEST SAINT ISLE

NDEI once more awarded
At the end of 2009, the rural district of Genest Saint-Ile en Mayenne (53) has
granted the contract for construction of its new waste water treatment
plant to NDEI, rewarding a carefully designed offer on technical and financial
aspects that also includes respect of landscape.
Construction works should begin by June 2010.
The water line, sized for treatment of 2500 I.E. effluents, will also
guarantee an advanced treatment of nitrogen and phosphorus, particularly
through a 570 m3 aeration tank.
A buried 100 m3 storm water tank is aimed at storage of wet-weather flow.
Lastly, sludge will be mechanically dewatered by a draining table and
then stored in a silo before reuse in agriculture.
